Korede Bello States Why He Left Mavin Records
Nigerian singer, songwriter and entertainer, Korede Bello, has opened up about why he left Mavin Records owned by Don Jazzy’s
The ‘Godwin’ crooner was recently in an interview with Hip TV were he revealed thw reaason of him leaving Don Jazzy Mavin Record Label.
In his words, he said he decided to leave the record label because he began to feel like a product that existed solely to generate profit for the label.
“Because I was at a stage where I started to feel like a product. I started to feel like something that was being sold, something that was just there [at Mavin Records] to make money.
You lose sight of what matters when you chase after the next song, after the next hit, after the next whatever it is that can get you into the conversation. So a lot of artists are addicted to that circle.”
